These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the service provider of Funntastic.io, Looong Media s.r.o., Company ID: 07288336, located at Dandova 2619/13, Horní Počernice, 19300, Czechia (the “Provider”), and the users of the service (the “User”).

1. Definitions

1.1 Service: Funntastic.io is an online platform for building, managing, and automating marketing processes.

1.2 User: Any individual or business entity that registers and enters into an agreement with the Provider.

1.3 Trial Period: A 30-day free trial allowing the User to access the Service without charge.

1.4 Paid Plan: Subscription access to the Service, paid monthly or annually.

2. Agreement Formation

2.1 The contract is established once the User registers for the Service.

2.2 By registering, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

3. Trial Period

3.1 Each new User receives a 30-day free trial.

3.2 After the trial ends, the subscription fee is automatically charged unless canceled before expiration.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payments are processed via secure online gateways or invoicing.

5.2 After the free trial ends, the paid plan is automatically activated unless canceled before.

5.3 The Provider is not responsible for payment issues caused by third-party services.

6. Use of the Service

6.1 Users must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

6.2 Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

6.3 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access due to misuse or abuse.

7. Liability

7.1 The Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or technical issues outside of its control.

7.2 The User is responsible for ensuring their account and payment details are accurate.

8. Complaints & Refunds

8.1 The 30-day trial is provided free of charge. Once the paid subscription is active, fees are non-refundable.

8.2 In case of technical service outages exceeding 48 hours (due to Provider-side issues), the User may request a refund by emailing [email protected].

9. Personal Data & Privacy

9.1 The Provider processes User data in accordance with the GDPR and its Privacy Policy.

10. Updates to Terms

10.1 The Provider may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notification.
